Vineyards in the Baccinello area – soils rich alluvial pebbles with a predominance of calcareous clay. Vineyards of Alberese – mainly sand and silt. Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature to obtain a good extraction of polyphenol content, bright colour and high organoleptic qualities of the product.
