"Antipasto primavera con verdure" Brezzo
It is a preparation of vegetables from the cultures and gardens of the Roero hills, carefully selected, processed according to local traditions and made by hand.
Grilled vegetables in varying proportions: peppers, aubergines, courgettes, onions and carrots. All seasoned with olive oil, salt, parsley and wine vinegar.
Origin: Monte Roero (Piedmont)
Ingredients: Blend of vegetables in variable proportions of 60% (carrots, cauliflower, onions, celery, cucumber, pepper, pitted Taggiasca olives), olive oil, wine vinegar, salt. No dyes or preservatives. Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume quickly.
Tasting Tips: An appetizer to be enjoyed ideally with salad, white fish or grilled meat.
